That means if you are willing me to get into your system to check out what's going on and I will fix it online! So if you are in a different state or anywhere around the world, I am able to provide you assistance. All you need is your computer, internet connection, Windows Messenger account, and most importantly your permission. The other option is that I can send you a session password to your email (make sure you use Internet Explorer in order to work) download that small file on your computer, open “Remote Assistance” enter the password that I provided you, follow the easy instructions and we all set to go.
